Visit the nearby whitewashed village of Frigiliana, proudly decorated with an array of colourful flowers and hanging baskets. Local artisans display their products in small shops and open workshops dotted around the village.

The old quarter and new town lay either side of the deep gorge El Tajo, joined by three spectacular bridges, the tallest is over 200 years old and towers 120m above the canyon floor.

The town is rich in cultural heritage. Visit the Baños Arabes, Spain’s oldest Plaza de Toros and winding streets of the old quarter.

Explore the vibrant pedestrianised centre with lots of high street and local shops, restaurants and cafes.

Ronda is located an hour and a half drive inland from Málaga and just under two hours south of Sevilla.

The picturesque town is built on either side of the deep El Tajo canyon and joined by three spectacular bridges. The tallest bridge, Puente Nuevo towers 120m over the canyon floor and despite its name is over 200 years old.

The town has a rich and turbulent history, with impressive views and dramatic scenery in every direction. Ronda’s famous Plaza de Toros is the oldest bull ring in Spain. The town centre is easy to navigate and the locals are friendly and welcoming.

Granada is set at the foot of the snow-capped Sierra Nevada mountains, a popular ski resort which sets a stunning back drop to the city.
